How many essays college usually require?

I am currently planning to apply for 6-7schools
However, 2 of them are Apply Texas(TAMU, UT)
3 are common app (Carnegie Mellon, UMIch Ann Arbor, Georgia Tech)
And independent apps 1 for UC Berkeley, and the other for UIUC.

My questions are

  1. The number of required essay in Apply Texas
  2. The number of required essay in Common App
  3. The number of required essay in UC app
  4. The number of required essay in UI app
  5. number of supplement essays for each school of engineering.
