what are your majors?
mine business admin/econ

mine is econ for ucla, ucsd, uci, but peis for ucb.

political science for ucla, ucsd, ucb, and ucsb

econ/business

I know there is more out there...
don't b shy and just blurt it out :)

Im a biz econ major... and i just pulled off another 4.0 this last semester :) Hopefully i get in

CONGRATULATIONS.... especially if it's your first semester

whoa look at all these econ/biz majors...
are econ and biz classes less challengining or something?

4.0 here, and just finished third semester

I applied as a Nuclear Engr./Electrical Engr. and Computer Science joint major for UCB (first choice), Bioengineer for UCLA, UCSD, and UCI, and Chemical Engr. for UCSB

Congrats all! I have a 4.0 Transferable (just found out I got my first C in a non-transferable math class). I am a Poli Sci major applied to UCB, UCLA, UCD and UCSC.

As a math major, I had my 4.0 GPA in my last semester with the most # of units (18 sem units) but it didn't count toward my transfer GPA.

You reminded me about this incident:
Cummulative GPA at the time of application: 3.72
(not eligible for one of the UCLA big scholarship because it required at least a 3.75)
After my last semester with a 4.0 GPA, cummulative GPA went up to 3.78 but it was to late to apply for the scholarship! :(

I have a 4.0 gpa ( I attend UCR) , but it's going down to a 3.19 because of my Econ teacher who wouldn't bump an 89.97% to an A-. That's okay though. I should not have let my grade drop to borderline.

Anyways, I'm applying to UCLA (Bus Econ/ Econ) and UCB (Bus Admin)

Good job to all 4.0's

How does a 4.0 drop all the way down to a 3.19 due to a B+ ?

probably will just be counted as a "B" and they only had like 10 units to begin with

they probly meant 3.91

I used to have a 4.0, but I got a B in accounting this semester. =(

4.0 first quarter at cc :)
Economics major

I had 4.0 before I transferred

and I still have 4.0 after the first semester at UC Berkeley.

Economics major ;-)
