How many hours do you sleep everyday?

F-Sa: 9-10</p>

<p>I sleep around 5-6 hrs a nite during the week. Friday and Saturday TGIF!!!! i sleep 8-10 hrs and wake well rested...</p>

<p>5-7 hr a night, probably 10 on the weekends.</p>

<p>Too few, that's for sure. Somehow I can't sleep anywhere but biology lately...lol.</p>

<p>Minimum 7 hours on schoolnights. I'm glad I'm better off than so many others... you guys need to sleep more.</p>

<p>5-6 school nights, 8-12 weekends. I just started taking naps at the end of last year. Sometimes I'd come home from track and sleep until my alarm went off the next morning at 5:30. That was nice, but rare.
But yeah, I advocate taking naps.</p>

7-9 weekends</p>

<p>4-5 hours on school nights with 1-2 hours naps; 8-9 hours weekends. Over here we finish school around 1 p.m. so there's ample time for naps and homework :)</p>

<p>I have insomnia, so probably less than ten hours per week.</p>

<p>I average 5-6 hours on weekdays and 7-12 hours on weekends. However 12 hour nights only happen on the rare nights that I have an eventless Saturday. I guess I've chosen business for health. Such is life.</p>

<p>5-6 on weekdays... no naps. If I take a nap after school for an hour or so I'll sleep probably 4 hours. 7-8 hours is fantastic (and rare) for me.</p>

<p>Fridays I sleep as soon as I get home from school. If I have plans I'll wake up just in time to roll out of bed and go. If I don't have plans I'll sleep until Saturday around noon. Then Saturdays go to bed around 9pm and sleep until 10am Sundays. My weekends are wonderful, haha. I usually try not to have any plans... which makes my social life kind of suck, but I chose sleep, thanks.</p>
