<p>To all the high school students out there, how does your sleeping schedule look like? :)</p>
<p>As much as I can. My family thinks I’m depressed because now (in the summer), I stay up to 1-4 am and sleep until sometimes as late as 1 pm.</p>
<p>During the school year, I generally go to sleep around 11 and then wake up at 6:30 ish. So 7 and a half hours. This is going to change soon because I’m moving and the new house is a little farther away from the high school. And when I get a job, I’ll probably sleep less especially as my course load becomes more challenging.</p>
<p>During the school year I go through a bunch of different phases. Sometimes I might get a good streak of 7-8 hours a night, maybe even for a couple of weeks to a month. But when I don’t spend my time wisely, I could be getting 10-12 hours of sleep every night on the weekends, but 4 hours of sleep every night of the week.</p>
<p>School year: 5-7 hours
Other times: 7-9 hours</p>
<p>School year (normal): 5-6 hours (usually ~12 - 5:30)
School year (tech week): 2-4 hours (usually ~2 - 4:30)
Other times: 6-8 hours (usually ~2 - 8 or 9)</p>
<p>Who needs a sleep? You guys are lazy. </p>

<p>I try to get ~7 hours of sleep, with varying degrees of success.</p>

School during swim season (winter): 6 hours (cause morning swim practice is fun)

<p>I usually get, or rather <em>try</em> to get 5-7 hours of sleep during the school week and 8-9 during the summer.</p>
<p>During the school year, my sleeping schedule ranged from 5 to 8 hours. I had to go through different sleeping phases due to sports, competitions and exams. Hopefully my sleeping schedule will be more stabilized this year ^.^</p>
