How many hours of ECs do you do per a week?

just wondering hahah

4-5 hours every week...
then sometimes i have contests or volunteering on weekends..

and im designing a website for an elementary school.

im just wondering becuase i feel kind of odd. i spend about 20 hours just on piano and singing, and thats without other activities...
does that look bad on apps?

Depends a lot on the week. With music, I think it's probably twenty something on average in the school year. That excludes any employment.

well with sports its easy... i have soccer practise for about 2.5 hrs a day. then on weekends i have club matches, so another 6 hours per day.

so on average if i have like 30-35 hours of ECs per week or something, does that really look bad? given the fact that i have singing and piano and a job?

I get a total of 30-40, including Work.

why is 30 -35 bad? i dont get it.. unless you're oging really high...

40 alone means its 1/3 of your day... which leaves 1/3 for school, and another 1/3 for sleep.

see i dont know, i think even 30 hours a week for ECs is a lot. i counted mine and it ended up being about 29 hrs a week. is that too much? i was thinking about not writing down some ECs if it is. Does anyone feel the same way?

If you're not making up numbers and that's honestly how much time you spend then there's nothing wrong with it.

still, always be on the conservative side. 30 hours a week is still a little below 7 hours a day. That means on a typical Wednesday, you're sleeping from 12-7, going to school from 8-3, and doing an EC from 3-10 each day, which leaves about 2-4 hours (depending on ur normal bedtime) for homework. And, most of all, its important to have time to have fun and do interesting stuff.

yeah see usually its on average that much. its all true and i really find it surprising its really that much because i have time to have fun and do things with friends and all. but maybe i can stick with being on the conservative side
