<p>6-7 on weeknights. I deplore waking up at 5:30 and my two hour commute to school.</p>
<p>I get about 7 hours on weeknights… less on sunday nights.</p>
<p>It’s usually from not being able to sleep, not because of homework.</p>
<p>I am so dead during the day, I don’t know how anybody could still be living off of any less?</p>
<p>p.s. whenever I pull all nighter’s, their is never school the next day and it’s usually by accident/for fun! I’m weird…</p>
<p>I used to sleep a decent amount, like 10~11 hours a day on weekdays, and 12~16 on weekends.</p>
<p>…Now due to T.V., computer, exercising, chilling, hanging out, etc…I only get around 8 daily on weekdays and like 10~12 on weekends.</p>
<p>Oh, I also take lots of naps, both home and at school in classes. Never pulled an all-nighter for academics/school stuff.</p>
<p>…I want to sleep a lot more as I used to, but meh, w/e, this is sorta decent.</p>
<p>5 hours on weeknights.</p>
<p>But I take 5 hour naps when I get home so it’s all good.</p>

<p>School work doesn’t affect my sleep…but musical does
during musical, i might pull 3-4 hours a night
outside musical, maybe 5 or 6(i’m a night owl)
on weekends, i try to get 10 to 12</p>
<p>I get up at 4:50, and I’m typically headed to bed around 2:00-2:10. </p>
<p>So like 2.5 hours.</p>
<p>And I’m 8/501. I’m just used to little sleep.</p>
<p>5-6 on average. Not getting enough sleep is really bad for sports. Sleep affects your performance as much as your nutrition/hydration, if not more.</p>
<p>I try to not get less than 6. I’ve gotten 8 hours of sleep maybe twice the entire year.</p>
<p>Never pulled an all nighter…least sleep I’ve gotten is around 4 hours when I have school the next day.</p>

<p>I only sleep in classes where there’s a SOFA in the classroom. I mean, the temptation is… impossible to resist.</p>
<p>4-5 hours a night on weekdays. But I usually have a ~2 hour nap when I get home.</p>

Good weeknights, 6-7. Sometimes more like 2-3.
Weekends, 8-9.</p>

<p>I drink nothing but tea and ice water. Early morning is my best time of day, so I’m considering moving to an 05:00 wakeup next year.</p>
<p>Weekdays I go to sleep around 1-2am. I wake up at 6:30ish. </p>
<p>So around 4 - 6 hours I guess.</p>
<p>Weekends are similar. I wake up around 7. If I sleep to late I feel as if the day has gone by and I’m missing out on life!</p>
<p>I can’t wait until summer in 2 weeks!</p>

<p>About 6-8 hours a week day. I am tired in the mornings though.</p>
<p>It depends how much homework I have and how much time I have to spend on activities on any given day. It ranges from 2-6 hours, though. I function well on little sleep, so 2 hours is not a problem for me at all. I’ve never slept in class before or used energy drinks/caffeine to keep myself awake.</p>
