How many "hours/week" for overnight summer programs?

Hi, over the summer, I’ve participated in residential summer programs (i.e. Boys/Girls State and a Residential Governor’s School (state-wide program at a college campus where we do research, attend lecture seminars/class, etc.)

I’m not sure how many hours I should report for these actives because they are overnight. Did you guys count 24/day while doing the calculations for the week, totaling 168 hours/week? Or did you exclude certain hours from the day, like meals/sleep?

What was the schedule of programming for the program? Did you do things from like 9-5 most days? Don’t include sleep.
