How many Indians apply ....

Dartmouth

JHU

Brown

Northwestern

Harvey Mudd

any ideas? Wild guess would do :D

Seriously, aren't you tired of these questions? Whether or not Indians apply to these universities will have little or no bearing on your admissions decision. Work on things that actually matter.

No I dont think I am tired. I am just curious. I didnt ask this question because it affects my decision but just out of curiosity. And if you are tired dont reply.

Who said so, Lakshya ?

And don't snub people like that.....try giving some help too.

There are all types of people in this world

ajay: At universities with more than 1000 freshman spots around 200 Indians apply(figure taken from a book by Dean of admission of Duke/Brown (can't remember which one)), MIT is a exception, where 800 Indians apply. At an Small lac like HMC, I would guess that 40-50 Indians apply .

Apart from Harvard, I am not aware of any selective university that doesn't limits the number of Int'ls, so the number of Indians apply would obviously affect your chances.

Thank you for the information Abhi.

Sorry, I have suddenly started hating typos, even if they are mine.

EIDT: In the first para, last line: the period is without a space preceding it.

lol.......

To help you out ajay,

I know of only one Indian going to Dartmouth next year. He was the only guy who posted on Facebook/logged his name into the admitted students database. You could look him up easily if you wanted to.

Harvey Mudd!!!! that's REALLY small and REALLY difficult to get into.

Big Brother 1984: The guy you are talking about is US citizen :)
