How many is good enough?

How many AP / IB scores should we self-report on the CommonApp? I currently have 5 really good AP/IB scores and I was thinking of putting up 4 of the exams I'm taking this year (IB English HL, IB Bio HL, IB HOA HL and AP Chem). Would that look good? The 5 exams I'm putting up with scores though are all from the same year (junior year).. or should I put my 3 from freshman year APWH?

what's considered good enough to show off your scores on the CommonApp, without revealing your bad scores? Is 4 an excessive amount of IB/AP's to put down for pending?

Put down all your good scores. Or all your scores. What do you define as bad? How many total do you have?

If you put any for schools that don’t require them you need to put them all as you do for colleges that do require them.

Just put the 5 good scores up and call it a day. 5 is plenty!

Raelah: I have 8 AP’s. 1 5, 2 4’s, 2 3’s (good). And then 3 1’s… My IB SL scores are 4 and 6.

Hmom: All of the schools I’m applying to allow me to self-report.

Menlo: Thanks!
