<p>Sheesh, the lowest number I can think of is 16 in my AP Chem class last year. How do classes with 2-3 students manage? Just like tutoring or what?</p>

<p>Lots of discussion. You get lots of one-on-one time with the teacher as well. So it’s like tutoring, but I think a lot better.</p>

<p>AP Statistics- We started with like 30 people, but everyone’s wussing out so we’re around 22-24 now.</p>
<p>AP Gov- 70. They capped the enrollment for it at 70 students, and there were gonna be two periods. But b/c of budget cuts it got condensed to one massve class that meets in the library.</p>
<p>AP Microecon- 25-30 people.</p>
<p>AP English- typical 30ish</p>
<p>AP Spanish Lang- typical 30ish</p>
<p>AP Chemistry- 3. It’s so amazing. The enhanced/regular chem classes are massive though, like 50-60 kids.</p>
<p>of all the APs i’ve ever taken:</p>
<p>AP World: 30ish (3 sections, after about 20 kids dropped)
APUSH: 25ish (2 sections)
AP English Lang & Comp: like, 10 (2 sections of about 25 kids total)
AP Art History: 30-40 (fun class!)
AP Econ: 30ish (supposed to have 2 sections but we had so little people we combined them)
AP Gov: 30ish
AP Chem: 35ish
AP Lit: 15ish (3 sections of 15-20 kids)</p>
<p>AP Lang - almost 30. The other section is slightly less. This is in a school where classes sizes are intended to be around 18-20, so the teacher was pressured to weed kids out to make it smaller and it didn’t work.</p>
<p>AP Calc AB - 18, and it’s the only section available. </p>
<p>I know some about other AP’s that I’m not actually in.
AP Gov - seriously like 5. The class started with 15 but we had a big test the first day of school and we were all failing on the second day and GPA’s were in jeopardy so most of us dropped it.
AP Chem - like 7, same situation as AP Gov with the dropping.
AP Calc BC - 3, it’s like an independent study but they have a teacher from another school come once a week and check on their progress.</p>
<p>Not enough people take AP’s for us to have a class size minimum ever.</p>

Ap Calc AB is 10 people, AP Lit is 17, and AP Euro is 6</p>
<p>needless to say I go to a really small private school :)</p>
