how many letters of rec. for a UC?

<p>how many letters of rec. should be sent to the UC system? i can get about 4, but i heard somewhere it's 3 or soemthing. by the way, are the printable versions of UC apps. out now?</p>

<p>really? so does USC or stanford take them? so that means my counselor and 2 other teachers don't need anything from me, they don't have to write anything about me? wow, new info, thanx, please explain further cuz im kinda shocked/confused.</p>

<p>UCs do not want those stupid subjective, skewed, ludicrous letter of reccs</p>

<p>UC's only accept them in the case that you are invited to submit one, and that will likely be only if you have very low income. In that case they will survey you to see if you had a desk etc available at home and give you the option opportunity to give one rec that must be done online.</p>

<p>USC and stanford do take them. they are not part of the UC system.</p>
