How many MC questions do I need to get right to get a 4?

AP Language test
Let's say I get average essay scores of 5's.
How many questions out of 55 must I get right to have a get a 4?

According to Cliffs about 30-32.

According to [AP Pass - AP English Language Calculator](AP English Language Test Score Calculator - AP Pass) 41.

Use AP Pass; it seems more reliable than a book where the last edition was made four years ago.

Hmm, do you guys think the curve will be much higher than 112/150 for a 5? I know I can get above that, but only by 5-10 points. Is that enough to guarantee a 5 with possible fluctuations?

Without the penalty for guesses, I think that range sounds pretty dead on. The 41 sounds pretty accurate too, though a question here or there could shift the scale.
