<p>To answer the OP's question form page 1, the student insurance is a one-time charge, and runs from August '08 to August '09. You should have gotten a folder from Aetna with these and many more details.</p>
<p>I dont think people who have to pay full fare are criticizing...I think they are just thinking about their own loans, and comparing what soccer is asking. I think they just feeling how hard it will be for them to budget . If a family earns $60,000 and they recieve a full ride, they pay little. Nothing has changed for them. They go on... If a family earns $100,000 they must pay full fare their income is reduced to $ 60,000. Now they are even... Except... they have to budget to live on $60,000 as well as pay out $49,000. </p>
