How many of us play sports?

varsity tennis in spring except I did not have fun because the girls in the groups are extremely cliquey and talk crap about everyone.

Did varsity gymnastics freshman and sophomore year.
Quit because it was scary and it hurt.
I messed up my knees and ankles and wrists pretty badly.
Also, I dislocated my elbow in 7th grade and tore all the tendons/ligaments in my elbow, so after that I was all crooked and I didn’t tumble in a straight line anymore, which is bad.

I play just about anything with my friends, but nothing competitive (was too lazy to tryout, and missed the date for tennis), so not that good I guess.

Mainly play tennis and football, although I rarely play now…lmao.

Oh, we’re all listing our mile times…haven’t ran one in a **long **while too, so wpi;d probably would get something around 6 minutes LOL (epic failure, I know).

Golfffffff

Varisty Field hockey, ice hockey, and lacrosse. Though this year I decided not to play field hockey and row crew instead. I’m going to row crew and play ice hockey in college. Recreationally I’ve played some rugby, sailed, and am currently learning to play golf.

I’m on JV Field Hockey… but I suck at it.
lol

weightlifting. :]
used to do track, stopped though because i couldn’t tolerate the writhing pain my body went through after weightlifting to go to track and it’d just be stupid to go to two practices everyday. :stuck_out_tongue:
xc - just starting it though.

cross country

Varsity Tennis, can’t be more badass than that.

I do XC, but I’m really bad at it. I just do it to stay in shape for track (jumper, hence why I suck at XC.) I competed varsity my freshman & sophomore year, which just ended. My PRs…

Pole Vault - 10’ (really disappointed by that. I jumped 9’6" as a freshman, but we had a lot of equipment issues this year, plus I was attempting to switch poles a lot)
Triple Jump - 36’4.5" (a little disappointed since my goal was 37’, but my coach told me that a lot of my jumps near the end of the season could have been 37’s if I had a good placement on the board, so I don’t feel as bad about this as the vault)

^MetalMeatwad - No you can’t… Urban dictionary tennis def #3:
[Urban Dictionary: tennis](Urban Dictionary: tennis)

varsity lax starter since 10th

I jump in track
LG: 17’7
TJ: 37’1
4x100: 48.98

i’ve won the league tj title three years in a row. my relay broke the school record. i’ve been to state since freshman year in my jumps and relays and always place a least top five. i never won though the highest i ever got was second… i guess it’s too late now

^^Oh and i also play volleyball. i had some mad hits back in the day but i was never the best.

now that my sports are over i’ve taken up dance and yoga. i still run some distance as well.

Softball.

I used to run x-country middle school :stuck_out_tongue:
mile: 6:20

Definitely a dancer.

Did you know Marching Band is considered a Varsity sport at my school? I’m ashamed and I’m in the Marching Band (b/c Marching Band at my school = unhealthiest of all other Varsity Sports). If it was more intense (like some bands that actually DO something), but then we aren’t :(

Varsity tennis + freshman = awesomeness :P

Now I only do tennis, run, and dance/bgirl!

I wish I played a sport. :frowning:
I’m going to try some intramural sports in college though  (hopefully)

I used to fence foil and sabre. I stopped since I can’t afford it anymore.

I’m planning on joining track or XC next year if possible or get back into fencing.

I did JV volleyball earlier this year. Planning to play again in senior year. Due to the small size of my next school, I’ll probably be put automatically on varsity, but I’ll have to train INTENSELY over the summer to catch up to the rest of the pack :P
