Lol, that’s better than what happened at my house. Went to church with just my stepmom, because my dad refused to get up. Now my stepmom’s at work, my dad’s out, and my little brother’s asleep. Whooo.

I didnt really celebrate it, Im not really religious. I just visited my grandpa in the hospital. I wanted to go egg hunting soo badly, even though we are all too old. Im seriously craving the chocolate eggs and the marshmallow bunnies and little chickens!! haha

People are celebrating Easter next Sunday too, don’t forget.

My parents decided to go to a 6 AM service. They thought they would be able to wake me up for this. Obviously that did not happen. So I went t brunch. It was okay. We visited a fam friend. They went back over there for dinner (and are currently there). I did (am doing) my homework.

I do Lent but I’m not Catholic. I give up meat, for all the days, not just Fridays. But I’m thinking I need to fins something better to give up because I never miss meat and I usually don’t eat it on Lenten Sundays (which are not in the 40 days). I think this might be my last Catholic/Protestant Easter though, since I like the Orthodox Church I sometimes go to more.

I agree with you about the my fam + holidays thing. Even worse now that my sister is not here (college). My parents don’t like each other, never have, and plan to divorce as soon as I graduate. I didn’t talk to my father for a year and a half after he hit me so much that skin broke. We have issues.

Odd. I didn’t get chocolate eggs. I got peeps, jelly beans, and reeses. (My mom and I always by the other stuff. We’ve been doing it since I was probably in sixth or seventh grade.)
