How many of you guys work out?

<p>Im not on any team atm, but I was on rec basketball last year. But I have been regularly weight training since sept 6th. How many of you guys workout?</p>

<p>I’m in college now, but I worked out three or four times a week during high school. Felt good, and I think it helps to let off some steam by exercising every so often.</p>

<p>School started in August and a friend and I began going into the weight room at school everyday after school. Beginning of October I started lifting and conditioning with the basketball team and in November we started the actual season (practice). We don’t get much time in the weight room. After gaining 15 pounds in a month (I was shooting for 200), we started running and I worked it all off so that sucked.</p>

<p>Finally, a thread I can relate to!</p>

<p>I’ve been lifting for about a year at this point (only seriously for a few months). And if it’s relevant, I play tennis 3ish times a week.</p>

<p>Do you even lift?</p>

<p>Well. I used to take Gym for two years, but let’s just say that I never truly worked out, per se… considering that the one time that I “even lifted” (lol, teh internetz), I passed out. I never had to exert myself ever again, because my Gym teacher was afraid that I was going to die if I did.</p>

<p>I used to, but I stopped because I’m doing really bad in school right now.</p>

<p>I keep trying to but I get lazy.</p>

<p>No. Except for bike rides, it’s just too boring.</p>

<p>I run a lot. But when I was in soccer I used to weight lift after school with all the other off season athletes and it was terrible. Maybe it would have been better without the screaming football coaches and dou*hbag players.</p>

<p>I like to be active. In school I play varsity tennis and ski (very competitive freestyle skiing out of school) and in the off seasons I mountain bike for fun about 3 times a week. Recently, I’ve started actually working out to get in really good shape for skiing.</p>

<p>I’ve been going to the gym a few times a week lately to lift some weights. Nothing too hardcore though.</p>

<p>nearly starved myself last semster trying to get six pack. It happened but 7% bodyfat is really not possible.
I lift 3x a week, on a M, W, F schedule. I bulk for 4 weeks, tone for 2, and do 7 cycles a year</p>

<p>I’m doing wrestling, haha. I was going to do football, but I’m always busy during the highschool football season. I’m like 5’ 9", 140 lbs. & max. bench: 180 lbs. (just 2 times)</p>
