For me, only one so far. University of Pittsburgh. I have to fill out the scholarship app, which I just got today with the honors program acceptance and scholarship…I really hope I get the Chancellors Scholarship because I get 4 years worth of tuition, 4 years worth of room + board, 4 years worth of food and books for free!

My Dad works at URI, so i can go there for free. I'm looking for somewhere with a stronger eng/sci program though.

There's a possibility. I applied to 6 schools, 2 don't offer merit aid. The other 4 do. The state university and the state liberal arts college might pan out well for me with money.

Although unlikely, I could win a full scholarship to Swarthmore since I'm from the region to which the school offers it.

The one that's the best mix of "possible" and "incredible opportunity" is the Washington & Lee University George Washington Honors Scholarship competition. I've been chosen as a finalist in the process, but it's gravely far from being a safe bet. I'm very excited, regardless.

I might get a full ride (or full tuition) at UVa, Duke, UChicago, or Rice...is it likely? LOL, nope! Can I dream? sure...I'd just be happy to get into any of those schools.

I'll get a full ride at University of Texas at Dallas. Actually, you'll get a full ride just for being a national merit scholar. Even if you are not one, you will still get it if you are ranked in the top 1-2% plus great SATs (1500+). Some of the "full ride" benefits are:

free apartment (there are no dorms, but rather apartments with private baths and bedrooms for each person)

around $5000 spending money

several research grants

several other benefits that i don't know of ....

Despite all of this UT Dallas is my last choice school.

lol. Whats funny is that University of Pittsburgh is my last choice school too. funny how this works eh?

Just a note, I am not trying to brag or anything. I am just curious about everyone else, and I don't think I will even get the free ride.

i'll get a full ride at johns hopkins

I have received a full tuition scholarship for anywhere with an NROTC unit from the Navy

PSU and lehigh

UAB and UA

Me at Arizona State, it's a very enticing deal!

Me - none, but I know someone who got a full ride to Harvard. He's Hispanic though.

I got a full one with about a $7-10,000 per year stipend (extra scholarship) money at University of South Carolina Honors.

Kinetic, there are no merit scholarships at the Ivy schools, so your Hispanic friend must have gotten a need-based award, or else a separate scholarship that was not from Harvard.

I'll get at least full tuition and possibly 1.5 tuition at BYU

Duke offers merit scholarships?

I am having some trouble deciding between either

UT plan II honors in premed or Chancellor's Scholarship to UPitt. IF anyone could give advice with specific reasons it would be much appreciated.

free tuition at wvu, provided i keep a 3.0 in college, almost any wv resident can get it though, the reqs for it are stupid low

UCSD, UCLA, UCB
Regents Scholarship covers everything I'd need.

I have a full ride at UF.
