How many of your high school teachers went to Ivies?

At least 2. One went to Harvard and another went to Columbia. I don't know about other teachers though.

A couple actually. I know one went to Harvard for a degree in music history.

none that I know of.

None as far as I know

None that I know of, but I think a few might have gone to Rice, but that's not an ivy.

Most either went to UT austin or Texas A&M. The rest all went to random small town colleges in Texas. I go to a texas public school.

i go to a public school. most of my teachers went to colleges in my city or state. but there's one that i know went to an Ivy. she went to Yale.

One of my teachers went to Yale and another one went to Princeton. And I think the number of ivy teachers at high schools is more a reflection of the high school's location than the quality of the teaching.

None... a public school in a region of Quebec, it's self-explanatory. Most of them have a bachelor's in teaching whatever they teach but some of my science teachers have a Master's in their discipline. They mostly went to an Universit

None for undergrad.

0/6

10char

I had one who went to Princeton/Penn.

Well let's see there was...no one. I don't think any went at all for that matter. I don't know of anyone in my area all together that went to an ivey.

AP Psych went to Stanford for undergrad and most of grad (?). Said she should have gotten a masters for all her research, but never really explained...smart and great teacher though :)

One from Stanford. One of the teachers who will write a letter of recommendation for me.

There are those from UC Berkeley, as well. One teacher got a PhD?

0.

All the teachers at my school went to (crappy) local state schools.

none, although the middle school principal here went to columbia....

i had this middle school english teacher who went to Harvard!
but she's the only one....
a lot of teachers at my school graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology ...

My Bio teacher went to Harvard for undergrad and then Princeton for grad school (well, the Princeton is speculation: she's told us outright that she went to Harvard, but she wore a Princeton sweatshirt on "College T-Shirt Day" and alluded to being in the spirit of the day).

Other than that, no one.

Only one in the entire school went to an ivy school. English teacher went to Columbia for grad school. But the others all went to schools that no one outside of MN would know...

None. Pretty much all state schools.
