How many pairs of shoes did you bring?

I have about a month before I leave, but I was wondering how many pairs you guys brought. I plan to bring my regular shoes, a pair of Vans slip ons, my running shoes, and then my sandals for the shower.

Hmm, I've been called many things, but never that, congratz I guess. Its not that I'm a shoe head either (DJ AM comes to mind), its just that I can't keep wearing the same pair of shoes.

someone must have deleted their post after California-Bolt responded.

"what are you talking about?"

About your comment. I hope I'm not going crazy

^ what? whose comment? who are you quoting?

It probably depends on where you're going. If it's super muddy/snowy/generally wet you might need more than if you're in SoCal. You can always buy more there.

Oh grow up jets, the "91" is starting to show.

I'm actually 17 lol...it's just a number, not my year of birth.

but yeah, it depends on where you're going to college.

this thread is difficult to read...

actually you just motivated me to go shoe shopping tomorrow!

^ probably because I deleted a lot of posts :-P

You might also want a nicer pair in case you have to dress up for anything.

I'm taking 3 pairs of sneakers, 2 pairs of sandals ( ones for wearing regularly the other pair for the shower), old pair of running shoes and a pair of dress shoes just in case. And once I get there I'll probably need to go buy a new pair of running shoes and I also want a pair of vans slip ons. Wow...I feel so effeminate now...

I'm taking 5 (I think).

Casual Shoes
Running Shoes
Dress shoes
Flip Flops
Hiking boots

2 pairs of sneakers
casual shoes
a pair of heels
sandals
5 pairs of flip flops

pair of everyday sneakers
pair of boots for the 3 days it snows
flip flops for the shower
sandals
dress shoes for that one occasion where i'll need them

I'm taking 9 pairs

3 Pairs of sneakers for everyday use (I'm very OCD on matching)
1 Pair of dress shoes just in case
1 Pair of Running Shoes
1 Pair of Basketball Shoes
1 Pair of old high-tops that I'm gonna use on a rainy day
2 pairs of flip flops (1 for use in the shower)

It all depends on what activities you're going to do.

I haven't given it too much thought, but I'm going to be taking a good number.

One pair of flip flops for good measure, two pairs of running shoes to alternate and last me the year, one/two pairs of tennis shoes (not sure yet as it depends how much I play before leaving), a pair of dress shoes, a pair or two of winter shoes (not sure how many I'll need), and two other random pairs of sneakers likely.

3 or 4 pairs of dunks
1 pair of beaters
1 dress shoes
2 flip flops
1 pair bike boots

A lot . . .

3 pairs of gym shoes
3 pairs of dress/going out shoes
3 pairs of flip-flops
3 pairs of flats
1 pair of shower flip flops
1 pair of rain boots
1 pair of winter boots (actually I'll wait 'till December for that)
2 pairs of slippers
1 pair of knee-high boots

Yikes, that's almost 20 pairs right there. I might have to do some cutting back.

haha i have something along the lines of...
1 pair of gym shoes
3 pairs of shower flip flops
3 pairs of nice flip flops
1 pair of rainboots
1 pair of boots
1 pair of converse
5 pairs of flats
5 pairs of heels

i LOVE shoes.
