How many people applied for the Buick Achievers Scholarship./

Bumppppppppp

@JustVibe, I came across this forum because I was searching for information on the scholarship. I was selected as a National Achiever and was looking for more information…

@dragonrider458 … yeah i got selected too. I emailed you back!

Hello. If you are a PROVISIONAL recipient to the $2000 one time award and sent in your transcripts/publicity release form for verification, when do you find out if all is well and you are recipient? Thank you

Did you have to send in your tax forms too? Ikr they still haven’t told me all is well. The provisional title is getting to me … :c

Hi, I think the tax forms only have to be sent in addition if your are a national provisional recipient. I am just worried because I sent official transcripts but because I am still in college it does not reflect my major or projected graduation date. I thought they mainly needed the transcript to reconcile that information + gpa but I may be wrong. I feel the same way… I would like to know if everything was good and if we are recipients now - just wondering when we’ll find out.

Have you tried calling/emailing Green? Last time I called/emailed they answered very vaguely about my status

JustVibe… I was told mid to late June is when we find out.

I actually just called and found out that it would be mid to late June, and then I saw that you posted about it Green, so I guess that confirms it. I just wish I knew so I could figure out my financial aid needs

@Green and Dragonrider. Did they email you saying that your documents were received? Cause I never got an email and I had to personally email asking if they were received. Aghh making me worried D:

No I actually just called in and asked when provisional recipients would find out if they were indeed recipients. I was told mid to late June.

@JustVibe- When you contacted them did you specifically check to see if they received your documents and did you ask if they reviewed them or just received?

I mailed my documents on April 19th. I live in California so they probably received it in 2-3days, but I didn’t get any confirmation email so emailed them on May 1st whether they were received. Then I just got a reply saying “Your documents have been received.”

I got an email last week saying I was an alternate provisional recipient and would now get the $2000 scholarship if I returned the documents by June 7, 2013.

I got confirmed!! :). Does anyone know how much we ACTUALLY get cause it says up to 25,000
