<p>I go to a pretty competitive school, and about 6 people are applying to Penn, mostly Wharton. I think we are all qualified to attend Penn, but I was curious whether Penn would accept a limited amount of students from one school. Any thoughts?</p>
<p>one person besides me and we are both applying ED to CAS haha. we are the first people from my school to ever apply to Penn</p>
<p>To the best of my knowledge, there is one other person from my school applying to Penn. I go to a pretty tiny school, a pretty new school too, like only eight years old, and Ivies never accepted anyone from my school. I can hope! <_></p>

<p>About 20 people from my school applied early. Like 20 more will apply regular decision probably. My school sends a lot of kids to Penn…</p>
<p>To my knowledge, four students are applying RD. I was the only one who applied ED.</p>

<p>Out of 740 students in my class, I was the only ED’r. I’m guessing that around 30 will apply regular.</p>

<p>6 ED out of class of 190: 1 Wharton (me), 1 SEAS, 4 CAS. One is a beast, two are very qualified, two are athletes (one already with a likely letter), one is less-quality but a legacy. </p>
<p>According to the admissions office, applicants aren’t compared to others in from their school for ED…I find this hard to believe.</p>

<p>I think 5 or 6 people applied ED from my school. I’m fairly sure they’re all CAS. One Wharton decided to do Yale EA at the last minute because he “thought he could get in somewhere better.” Hmphh</p>
<p>I don’t think anyone else from my school did ED. A girl that I know originally did ED but switched it to RD. To my knowledge, I know of at least 2-4 other people who are applying RD but then again I don’t know about the other 700 or so kids in my senior class.</p>
<p>Ugh I was worried because my counselor told me that having a high number of applicants from one school could hurt me… Do you guys think that if something like 4 applicants out of 6 are qualified, Penn will accept all 4 from the same school?</p>
