How Many Perfect SAT Scores at Your School?

nobody.. I am the second SAT taker so ...

I was like that, 238 PSAT. I got a 2370 on the SAT instead. =X

Ahh, we had perfect olds, but none new yet (highest 2380). We'll see...

Chuck Norris has taken 15 SATs and gotten perfect scores every time. All he has to do is stare down the answer sheet and the answers fill themselves in.

...lol I made that up. Corny, I know, but I'm proud of myself =D

4 2400's. one came close with 2390

on the april 2006 SAT I, Seven kids in my grade(junior) scored above 2320-however- no one hit that perfect 2400.

What is a perfect score now?

Sorry I saw post above later- is 2400 a perfect score now on the SAT's?

Yup, 2400.

we had a 2390 early on. I think my genius friend is going to get a perfect score when he takes it - he is the god of standarized testing (235 PSAT) w/out studying. I got a 2260 april 1st.

My school, BCA, had 3 2400's this year. And 1 last year.

We had a perfect 1600 two years ago. He got into MIT and went to Oregon State University...

Out of 2400, the highest has been 2330 (going to yale), followed by 2320 (not sure), 2300 (carleton), 2290 (tulane), 2270 (me, Duke, another carleton, and someone else). Yeea. Class average of 333 of us is probably going to be a bit below 1800.

can people with a 2390 get named a presidential scholar? last year someone at my school got a 2390 and did get it, but on CC many people are saying you needed a 2400?

I believe they give the presidential scholar application to the top 20 boys and top 20 girl scorers in the state. So if your state has 20+ perfect scorers, then you have to get a 2400 to qualify.

My son score an 800 in verbal, 800 in writing but 690 in math (2290). That was the April 1 test. He plans on retaking it in October, hoping to get the math up. But I wonder if the risk of getting a lower score in the verbal and writing is worth it even though schools "claim" to take the best of the scores in each category.
