Because I scored horribly on SAT, I plan to retake it this October. I didn't prepare for it until today- I took a practice test and found out that my practice score went up 150 in reading and writing and 40 points in math. I was little surprised, but it happened to me before. Between PSATs in sophomore and junior years, my score went up 40 points (raw) in all three sections. Between PSAT and real SAT, my score went up 70 points. Does your score keep rising, even without prep books? How many points do you think you will raise on the SAT if you plan to retake?

Well I rose my SAT 330 points -_- thats with some extra prep for around 5 months.

If I curb my addiction to CC, maybe another 100, hopefully.

-100
i think

I studied for October SAT during the summer but stopped when school started. The time between school starting and the SAT was like 1 1/2 month. I didn’t study until the night before. With all that said, I raised my June score 1570 to a 1780 my October Score.

June SAT
CR: 510
M: 570
WR: 490

October SAT
CR: 590
M: 590
WR: 600

It was a 210 point increase. Just constantly study the right material.
