Hey I applied to Stern RD and I haven't gotten notification yet nor did I get an invite. I am really concerned. How many people that got into STern last yr didn't get an invite?

am on the same boat as you. but i am international. so i dunno if it makes a difference. i think the only people who got invites this early are the ones that were offered stern scholars program...the rest get notified april 1st...so dont sweat it. does not mean you're rejected!

I'm in the same situation and I live in NYC so I don't think that helps. I kind of already accepted the fact that I probably didn't get in. At least this way a rejection in April won't hurt as badly.

odin64x i agree with you completely. i gotten over the fact that if i dont get accepted to nyu, ill be happy somewhere else ie. fordham U even tho my scores are very above standards

I just got into CUNY Honors at Hunter yesterday so that'll probably be my alternative. At least this way I won't graduate with massive debt. And free apple macbook!

Well, only "Stern Scholars" are getting the invite, right? Not "regular" applicants, so I wouldn't be THAT nervous... yet.

very few people are Stern Scholars (that matriculate atleast), chill out.

does NYU have a waitlist?

guys, don't worry if you didn't get the invite. Only about 15% of the class is Stern Scholars and those are the only people that got the letter. The vast majority of the accepted applicants will not be told until the established reply date of April 1. Don't lose hope!

I hope you're right

I think tctennis is right.

i think two people did but it may habe been only 1/2 a person
good luck!

two invitations:

sunday at square

university day.

very few get it

I think most people get it.

"University Day"? Has anyone received that invite yet?

nope (10 char)

University Day is on April 15th and the invitations are sent out after Sunday at Square.

U-Day invitations usually arrive to your mailbox before April 1st.

does not getting a university day invite basically mean ur rejected?

I got my University Day invite yesterday and I'm in Southern California...
