I have been browsing their site, but can't seem to find anything.

If I remember correctly I think you only need one.

are there specific forms?

Is this for a transfer? You are not required letters of rec for transfer but it probably helps. There is no special form of any sort. As for non-transfer admission, I’m not sure…

Nah, this is for freshman admission

For Freshman Admission, one Counselor/Teacher Report is required. You can submit more than one but only do so if it the additional recs are excellent.

You must submit Form 4- the Counselor/Teacher Report. It is available to print out when you apply online. The downloaded version of the paper application will be available at the end of August. A separate letter of recommendation may be sent by the Counselor/Teacher.

[Freshmen - USC Undergraduate Admission](http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/apply/freshmen.html)

Yeah you can submit more than one, but a rep from USC (I went to their Half-Day thing) said nothing extreme like five lol.

Would you guys recommend sending more than one, or do you think that one would cut it?

There is the old adage, “The thicker [dumber/lower quality] the student, the thicker the file,” which was repeated often by the college counselor at our kids’ HS.

I really don’t think schools want to hear multiple things that sound similar. If there is some unique perspective that needs more than one rec, I suppose it would be helpful but adcoms are very busy and don’t appreciate getting a TON of stuff that all says the same thing.
