how many SAT IIs should I take?

<p>I know most selective colleges require two, but how many should I take?</p>

<p>I think I'm going to take US History and French (and/pr maybe English Lit?), but is that enough?</p>

<p>I'm pretty good at math and science, but I'm nothing special -- should I still take subj. tests for these?</p>

<p>Princeton requires 3, just so you know. I doubt taking more than 3 helps, unless you bomb one and want to make up for it.</p>

<p>unless you want to specifically attend Harvard or Princeton, all other schools require 2. Heck, Yale will take JUST the ACT without subject tests. If you take the SAT however, Yale will require both subjct tests.</p>
