Yesterday, I took Literature, US History, and German. All of the schools I want to go to recommend 2 and JHU recommended 3 so I just took 3. I don't think it's required for them though. I shall retake my SAT I in October.

I wish that our counseler had told us about SAT II's earlier...I didn't find out about these until last fall and it was too late to sign up for those. I would have taken chem and world history already...argh

Tests I've taken so far: (all yesterday):

Chemistry
Math IIC
United States History

Tests I Plan on Taking:
Literature
Spanish
Physics

I might not take all three; it all depends on how I did on the first three and how I do on the June 10th ACT. If I score 30+ on the ACT, then that means I won't retake the SAT, which would free up 2 testing dates in the fall. (Rising Senior planning on applying ED/EA)

Took math 2c, physics, chem... quite a while ago

retook yesterday: physics, chem

Eh...

I took Bio E yesterday.
In my sophmore year I will take chemistry, physics, and math II.
In my junior year I will take Spanish, literature, and Chinese or history.
If I can still take it senior year, I will do the remaining one (Chinese or history), and if I can learn it by myself by that time, Korean, or Japanese if my friends manage to teach me.

Why so many? I don't know.

i just took world history yesterday
junior year ill take chem US and maybe math level 2
senior year (only if i dont get 800s which is likely) ill take lit and spanisj

I've taken 3 so far:
US History - 780 (June '05)
Biology E (June '06)
Math Level 2 (June '06)

I may retake math in the fall, if necessary... If I do, I'll take Literature at the same time. If not, I don't think I'll bother. shrugs Depends on if I can miss a day of swim practice.

I took Bio E last year. Got a 730, which is good enough not to retake, but it was disappointing because I was very strong in bio and made some really dumb mistakes. This year I took Chem, US, and French. I'm pretty sure at least 2 of those will be better than Bio, and if I need a third, Bio and the other (prob French) will be good enough. I really doubt I'll take any more. I like the idea of being free of standardized tests (except senior APs which don't matter as much) for a good number of years.
