I know you need two minimum, but how many is Penn really looking for? I have an 800 Chem and an 800 Math II. Should I take another? Honestly, I love having a flawless SAT II record and I wouldn't want to ruin the impact of those scores with a potentially low score in another subject. Any advice?

first, don't worry about your "perfect record". second, if you want to study STEM don't take any more. actually, there is no reason i can think of to take more.

some people say that penn puts a lot of emphasis on foreign language... if you're comfortable with one i can't see why not, its not like it would require studying

Hmm, maybe I'll think on that one (I take Latin btw)...Thanks for the reply!

The only, ONLY reason to take another SAT II is because you plan to apply somewhere that requires three of them. Penn isn't "looking" for more of them. They are pretty useless to begin with; the point is more as a kind of objective validation of your grades if you go to a high school the admissions office isn't familiar with -- something that's unlikely to be a problem if you are in NJ.

Don't be a test-taking tool.

lol, I have to agree with your logic. Well, I guess I'll keep it at two unless I end up feeling really confident about some subject come October. Thanks for the advice!
