How many schools did you apply for/should one apply for, especially if money is a problem?

<p>Research every school you are thinking of applying to. As stated in a prior post, some schools clearly post scholarship opportunities as well as tuition costs. When looking at tuition, make sure you look for additional fees which are added onto room and board. (see sticker shock posts) Many MT programs charge extra for voice lessons. Some conservatory schools charge more for tuition than their “regular” programs.(see Point Park) It can be a pain trolling through their websites but the additional research may help add or delete some schools you may be considering. </p>
