How Many States Have You Been To?

Pennsylvania (where I live)
New York (lived there temporarily)
Maryland (vacation)
Washington D.C. (vacation)
New Jersey (drove through it)
Florida (vacation)

Love how I’ve stayed in the US for two weeks, both in Boston, and have still managed to go to more states than some of you that have lived there all your lives :)

California, nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, colorado, Arizona, new Mexico, Utah, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, New York, New Jersey, Minnesota, DC, Massachusetts (I think…).

So, 19 states. I’ve lived in 3, and kinda lived in another.

WI (live)
IL (visited many times, almost always just for the day)
MN (visited one day, college visit)
IA (drove through, spent a night)
MO (spent a weekend in St. Louis, went to baseball game in KC)
IN (drove through)
OH (visited Cedar Point)

A few years ago it was just WI and IL, so I’m improving! Haha. Once I’m on my own I’m going to do some traveling…

CT, MA, VT, NH, ME, PA, DE, VA, MD, FL, CA, NM, CO, UT, AZ, TX, RI, and Wash DC. I think that’s everything. Arizona and New Mexico are my favorites; I live in Connecticut.

Massachusetts (well duh, I do kind of live here)
New Hampshire (most of the family is here, also this is where we get fireworks)
Vermont (grandparents live here)
Maine (couple of vacations, dad’s family was from here)
New York (vacations in western NY mostly, they were all sublime. The Catskills are beautiful. Never been to NYC…soon.)
New Jersey (possibly the ugliest and most obnoxious state i’ve ever been to, Jersey turnpike can go die)
Connecticut (traffic in New Haven is terrible)
Maryland (visited the Naval Academy - it was awesome.)
Virginia & D.C. (oh dear lord i’m technically in the South)
Pennsylvania (a vacation in Amish country, it was beautiful)
Delaware (…briefly drove through it.)

Err…got them all. Sorted by importance.

Been to:
Pennsylvania (Home State)
New Jersey
New York
DC
Virginia
South Carolina
Florida

Drove Through:
Delaware
Maryland
North Carolina

California (home sweet home!)
Oregon
Washington
Arizona
New Mexico

Tennessee (home state), Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Washington DC, Georgia, Kentucky. I’ve been to all of them, not just driving through. If you couldn’t tell, I live on the east side of Tennessee  Because the farthest west I’ve been is Nashville…

@UKgirl23
Well I guess some of us aren’t as fortunate.

Anyway,
I’ve only been to 3 states but I’ve been out of the country around 12 times because all of my family lives across the world. Considering most of my vacations are going there, I haven’t been to many states. I’ve only been to California, Nevada, and Hawaii. The only other states I’d really want to visit are NY, FL, CO, MA, and PA. DC too but that’s not a state lol.

Maine- Home State, love it here and it’s close to Boston and New York City

New England: New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, Massachusetts

New York- New York City as well as Long Island

Pennsylvania- We did a road trip along the East Coast
Virginia
West Virginia
New Jersey
Delaware
Washington D.C.
Maryland
North Carolina
South Carolina
Georgia
Florida
Alabama

Washington (State)
Oregon
Colorado
Utah
Arizona
Nevada

Minnesota

Hawaii

And many other states that I’ve driven through! (Not counting those)

27 States in total!!

I’ve also been to lots of Canada and parts of Europe (Italy, Ireland, Germany)

New York
Born and currently growing up on Long island, been to the city many times and vacation upstate.

New Jersey:
Driven through often to get to Pennsylvania, have been on 3 actual trips to NJ (Wildwood, Cheesequake), and for visiting relatives

Pennsylvania
3 or 4 Gettysburg trips, school trip to philly, and for visiting relatives.

Florida:
Walt Disney world! (3 times)

Maine
Fun vacation I did last summer. Went to Acadia, Bar Harbor, Ellsworth, and Boothbay Harbor.

Massachusetts
Rest stop on the way back from Maine

I have driven though, but never step foot in, Connecticut and New Hampshire

I have made one flight connection at ATL in Georgia earlier this year coming back from Disney.

I LOVE travelling…yet I’ve never set foot outside my country or even outside my time zone.

Some of you guys really make me jealous…in fact, one of the reasons I hated my old district was because every body travelled so much and talked about it often. Some one even made fun of me since I had never been outside the country. But now in my new district, having been to florida more than twice is impressive XD.
