Hey, I'm interested in applying to a few Ivies, while also applying to schools like Vanderbilt. So far, I have an 800 on Math 2 and a 720 on Bio. Should I retake Bio, and around how many subject tests should I take total?

They only require 2 so 2.
From what I’ve heard subject tests aren’t weighted that much in admissions.

Usually people have two or three, if they even take the SATIIs. Maybe take one in history/literature/language to show you’re well rounded. If you’re going to take another one, might as well take Bio again to try and improve.

Retake Bio only if you’re sure you can improve significantly. 720 is not a bad score for Ivies. You could take a third if you want and see if you score higher than the 720 Bio, but it’s not painfully necessary if the rest of your application is strong enough. For the record, I only took two–Bio and Math II as well.

These are good SAT II scores. The SAT II is typically a very small variable in admissions.
