Two or one? The website only says that the application must include a "teacher evaluation." Obviously, this is singular, but I've always thought the majority of schools including UofM required two.

Thanks.

They require one teacher rec (either an English, Math, Social Studies, Science, or Foreign Language teacher), but you may submit up to four on the Common App. They also require a counselor form/evaluation that can be directly e-mailed from the Common App to your HS guidance counselor to have them fill out.

Thanks! Yeah, I think I am going to only invite one teacher, and of course, my counselor online. Both of which are required. Just wanted to make sure it was one, not two.

Yep, only one is required. Glad to be of assistance.

Is there any advantage is submitting more than one? I was thinking about submitting two. Also, if I were to submit two would it be best to get one from a science teacher and the other from a humanities/English teacher?

I was thinking of submitting two.

One from a foreign language - shows the real side of me: my passions, compassion,
and one from my econ/english- shows how I can buckle down: dedication, commitment, etc.

thoughts?

I can’t really see it affecting you adversely, but I also wouldn’t count on it to do much extra. I think they take them with a grain of salt, anyways. It’s your call.
