I’m applying as an international student. Do i need one or two teacher recommendation(s)?

everyone needs two.

everyone needs 2 recommendations, i believe, no matter where you are applying from. try to split these recommendations up (i.e. one science, one math, or one humanity, one math)

But it says in the application instruction for international students :

Give Form 3 (Teacher or Faculty Evaluation) to a teacher or faculty
member from whom you have taken a course during the past two
years and request that the form be returned directly to our office.
Please feel free to photocopy the recommendation Form 3 and
send two teacher or faculty evaluations.

and in downloaded form for international students, there is only one form for teacher recommendation (for domestic students there are form 3A and 3B). So the application is defferent for international students i guess...

well...isnt it better to have two different teachers talk about your strengths? i think so.

i agree it's better but i only have one teacher rec now (for UPenn because the form is complicated) and it's holiday so my school is closed. i have to send in one essay and my other profiles aren't good either. i'll send a New Year Card to increase my chance for admission LOL
