How many times can you take the ACT?

I've always been under the impression that you can take the ACT as many times as you'd like, but ACT's website says otherwise:

"You may not receive scores from more than one test date per national or international administration (Saturday, non-Saturday, or rescheduled test date arranged by ACT). If you are admitted and allowed to test, we will report only the scores from your first administration. The second set of scores will be canceled without refund."

I took the ACT last Feburary, and I would like to take it this June and possibly next October..

Is this allowed?

you can take it as many times as your heart desires.
the good thing about the ACT is that you can send any score you want.

I think what that’s saying is you can’t take it more than once on the same day…

You can take it as mny times as you want but only once per ‘test date’. So you could not take it on say the regularly scheduled June saturday then take it again the non saturday date in May. But you can take it in June, September, October, etc.
