i would love an answer to this question, i've already taken the SAT twice and my scores aren't that great, i couldn't even break an 1800, my highest scores were Math- 610, Reading - 590, Writing - 570...so should i take the SAT a third time?

What grade are you in? If you are willing to try some prep they might go up some. Otherwise don't expect them to magically go up from one sitting to the next.

12th. Yea, im studying hard since June or July, the last one i took.
By the way, Im not talking about my grade here. Im asking this because i heard taking too much tests will hurt my application. So how many maximum would be okay?

The question about the grade you are in had to do with timetable for prepping in relationship to application deadlines. If you take it 3 times in 5 months and your scores go up a lot then the only thing they can attribute it to is the prep and not to any increase in knowledge or innate ability. If your scores stay stable then your test taking abilities are set in stone. Even if you took them 4 times, but spread out between late 10th and early 12th grade I don't think it would look that bad. As of next year you'll be able to send only the scores you want sent. Then it's a different story. As you can see, at this stage you'd better be sure your GPA and ECs don't suffer at the expense of spending all of your time trying to increase your scores.

J'adoube, but i think i need to take at least one more test. maybe one more SATreasoning and ACT, because i took 2 SAT and 1 ACT so far, and last one for both of them was in June.

Should I stop taking it? Do you think colleges will give credit for improved SAT or ACT score from this December which will be 6 months from the last one? Because I am pretty confident that i can improve my score.

And Ascheriit,
Do you mean I should not take more than 3 standarized tests, SAT + ACT? or should i count it separately?

i suggest you just take the SAT one more time. taking it too many times doesn't give colleges a positive outlook on it, regardless of how well you did, unless it's improving by a lot each time; otherwise, if your scores are consistent, then you really shouldn't keep retaking it. i took it three times and stopped.
