How many USB drives have you lost/left behind?

http://www.dropbox.com/

Learn to use it.

I’ve had the same 256MB usb since 7th grade (5 years). I’ve lost and found it about 5 times and it works great. Yeah, its memory is tiny, but I only use it for school, for powerpoints and word docs anyway.

Like four 1 or 2GB drives. I’ve been putting lost-and-found .txts on my flash drives so that someone might return it to a predetermined location. It’s worked once before in high school. If I have something important to transfer, I encrypt the important documents and leave catastrophic batch files with names like “-Insert Girl’s Name-'s Pics” or “Chief Executive Current Stock Options” just lying around.

I also sometimes include batch files that harmlessly mess with your hardware until you reboot and shady files labeled “C:\Virus” and things like that, just for ****s and giggles. Don’t mess with my flash drive.

^How/where did you learn to do that?
