How many waitlisted get in?

<p>So I was just waitlisted.</p>

<p>Anyway, I'm wondering what % of those that got waitlisted last year eventually got in. Also, how many people were waitlisted. Just wondering, as I'd like the idea of being able to go to Michigan, but I know waitlists can make things very... unlikely.</p>

<p>Also, I don't suppose they'd accept third or fourth quarter grades? Because mine are really good.</p>

<p>according to usnews, last year, mich offered about 2500 spots and 1500 spots were accepted.
Out of those 1500 spots, only 5 were admitted. So the chance of getting into michigan from waitlist is very low, so I basically considered my waitlist a rejection.</p>
