<p>Probably two-thirds or less. Harvard claims that two-thirds remain on its waitlist and since Harvard has a slightly higher yield than Yale I would think that fewer than two-thirds would remain on Yale's list. Someone could call admissions though.</p>
<p>Hey, this was actually in the Wall Street Journal a few days ago. I remember Yale accepted a larger number off the waitlist than a lot of other equally/lower ranked schools. I can't remember the exact statistic though.</p>
