How many words for UCB appeal?

What's your suggestion for the number of words for appeal?
I actually have so many things to say that I can write around 1300 words.
I believe I should be admitted so strongly that I should appeal.

The appeal process for transfer students only really work if you provide new information that you think will change their minds.

What’s the new information you’re going to make light of?

I want to explain about the prerequisite courses and say more about my academic achievements. I’m not in CC and plus an international although now studying in US. I highly doubt that they really evaluate my application because I don’t finish most prerequisite but in terms of my major, I leant a lot. The problem is that I choose too many major courses(EE) but not the general education and some low level prerequisite courses. I have very very good result for major courses even the high level ones. So, i want to appeal and really hope that they can spend some time looking my whole application and they will find out that they made a wrong decision

Dude, I don’t think you speak English well enough for Berkeley.

only 5.

fuqq you. take me back.

One page is recommended, two pages is acceptable.
