<p>There are varying degrees of “caught with alcohol”. A DUI is different than an MIP is different than your RA writing you up. College infractions likely not a huge deal, a DUI has the potential to be very damaging (many schools try to get some sort of idea of your judgment and reasoning during the application cycle either through secondary essays or during interviews).</p>
