I'm just gonna answer the topic question, "how much $ can I get if any???"

It all depends. If your family's annual income is $100000+ and you're the only one going to college it is very possible that you will get only a small amount of aid. If you were not already aware, you have to fill out a mountain of financial forms to submit to the college so they can evaluate how much money you have and how much you need to be able to afford their college. Do you consider yourself well-off or not very well-off, or inbetween?

At Indiana U? Based on merit, probably very little unfortunately. I know people with better stats who got not very much or none at all. Don't know about your financial need though.

Have you considered retaking the ACT? I don't know about the university you are considering but at my Ds school (our State U) she was able to increase her scholarship money considerably by increasing her ACT to a 32. The difference between a 30 and a 32 amounted to several thousand $s a year.
