So I've taken the SATs 2 times now, about 1/2 a year apart.
It was terrible.

Dec R490 M530 W440 (1460)
June R500 M580 W460 (1540)

And now about a week ago I started to do some intense studying. I studied some Barron's tactics and took a BB practice when I felt like I was ready.
About 20 hours and 2 practice test later here's my results:

Blue Book Practice Test #2
R 600 M 590 W 510 (1700)
(I just gave myself a 8 on the essay because thats what I got on the real SATs)

Now its not an amazing score but it's definitely improvement right?
I will continue to study for a couple of hours everyday or two.

Is it possible for me to get around 2000~ for the Oct/Nov SATs?

I think there is too little time left for you to reach 2000… It depends on your learning speed but I wouldn’t expect that much improvement in 2 months. You could reach 2000 only if you suddenly realize that the problem was your not knowing what the SAT expects from you and bad time management (thinking too slow). Then all you would need is to practice to learn to apply your knowledge faster. But if you see that you actually need to learn things and then practice to apply them fast then it is not possible in 2 months time.

I wouldn’t say that I have to learn new things because I was checking my answers and a fair amount of them were careless mistakes and not enough knowledge(vocab mainly).
Also, when I’m doing my 3rd practice test, I began to notice like pattern kinda. Mainly in the CR and writing sections.

Do you think it would be better to take the Nov instead of the Oct SATs?

If you can allow yourself to take it in November, then you should.

Or would it be ideal to take it in Dec? Because I think I can take the SAT II’s earlier and get some more time to study. Do you think that would be a possible way to get 2000?

You should decide yourself what’s best for you. I don’t know how busy is your schedule. Maybe you can’t allow yourself to spend so much time for SAT, maybe you need to give your attention to other things… Think between November and December.
