<p>I can't even lift the 48 pound bar you put the weights on. </p>
<p>Well, I couldn't during freshman year when I was forced to take gym. I can only assume it's the same, though since I started dancing I've gotten a bit more muscle mass. Maybe I can now, probably I can't.</p>

<p>I can get up around 225. Everyone's mouths always drop when I work out because I'm 6'1'' but only about 168 (low body fat).</p>

<p>I'm such a ***** when it comes to bench. I rep close to 115 (even though I don't work out, pretty bad for a 160lb athlete.)</p>

<p>i've never tried, but how do you improve how much u can bench so much (like a 2 to 1 ratio for the amount u can lift and how much u weigh?) like some ppl are like freakin ants, they weigh around 180 and can lift like... 300</p>
