How much did you spend applying to colleges today?

$360 - UC's

$55 - CSU Cal Poly - SLO

$415

Still need to apply to Caltech and UOP, and then there's the cost of sending SATs/ACTs. Over $500 applying to colleges...why does it have to be so expensive :(

Today? None, I've been done since Nov.1. But here's the breakdown:
CSS- $60
SAT score reports- $50
ACT score reports- $50
Apps: $390

I think that's all, or well at least I hope so!

UC's - $300 after fee waiver
CSU's - $0 after fee waiver

Still need to send SAT score reports. That should come out to $100 something.

$300. haven't paid for sat stuff yet.

$180 for UCs, $55 for Cal Poly, probably some sum of money for UW.

70 for ucsd!

UC- $300
CSU- $55

ACT- $16
SAT- $8.50

$379.50 so far.

Opportunity? Priceless.

$12- I got a fee waivier, so I didn't have to pay any application fees. Thank God I got in early, so I didn't have to send my test scores to any other schools. All I paid for was postage and the fee for my (required) financial aid profile.

If I hadn't recieved the fee wavier, it would probably have been about $500 or so (mostly because I didn't have the resources to use online applications- those can save you quite a bit.)

As of today...$360. $300 for the UC's and $60 for University of San Francisco (EA). I still have $120 to go.

WashU - $55
Emory - $50
Carnegie - $65
Lehigh - $65
NYU - $65
BC - $70
Cornell - $70
USC - $65 (I think)
UM - $55 (I think)
MSU - $35 (I think)

ACT Scores: $92ish + (like another $70 probably cause alot of schools superscore so I'll need to send another test day)
SAT Scores: $105ish (had to rush one :S)

Currently spent around: $800 (and probably around 100 more cause I have one school left + more ACT reports to send, so like I'm estimating around 900+$)....

Ouch. I blame all of this on UM deferring me :(. If only they accepted me I'd save like 500 on app fees/act scores/sat scores
