hello everyone!

I was just wondering how much SAT 2 scores matter at liberal arts colleges (as opposed to Ivies)? Especially since I don't plan on going into engineering/math/science/anything that actually requires SAT 2's. My two top schools are Vassar and Barnard. I've only taken the SAT 2's once, and I got a 690 in Lit and 700 in Math 1. I've got a 2110 (CR 720, M 700, W 690) on the regular SAT and I think I'm a pretty strong candidate otherwise? I'm registered for the next sitting of the SAT 2's and plan on taking Lit, Math 1, and Latin. But are the scores I have now fine?

Thank you all so much :)

I guess it would depend on your major. You might want to check their websites and maybe even some previous results threads to see along what range of scores were accepted. If you get lucky, you might see someone with similar stats add/or ECs and that maybe give you a but if a better idea on where you stand. However, take it all with a pinch of salt, as admissions are all crapshoots at such highly regarded places like these.

I’m planning on majoring in theatre so I highly doubt any of these would be super important.

Wow I had so many typos on my previous post… anyway, subject tests still count, but the math and sciences ones probably count less since you aren’t going into majors related to those.
