How much do summer programs help?

<p>I was just accepted into the Cornell summer college and I am wondering how much it really helps when it comes to applying to Cornell as an Ugrad? I mean is it titally worth it?</p>

<p>It'd be good if people who went to the summer college and were accepted or attend Cornell could answer please :p</p>

<p>it’s a positive thing to have if you do very well and can get a good rec or something, but it wont really be the deciding factor in an application.</p>

<p>except architecture. a comparatively high % of first years did the summer program.</p>
