How much do you sleep?

How many hours of sleep do you get a night on weekdays? weekends?
How many did you get before high school?

I get around 7ish on weekdays (but then again, sometimes I pull all-nighters sometimes I sleep 10 hours usually after an all nighter), 8 weekends. Before high school, I used to gasp sleep 6 hours ! Weird, because most people sleep less in HS, I actually manage to sleep more. I was wondering if I was the only one.

Uh..my sleep patters are really random. REALLY random. Ever since I entered high school, I've slept more too. In middle school, I used to go to bed like at 3 AM every day.

7-8 hours. ~10 on weekends.

:p

6 hours weekdays, 12 hours weekends

I know, this is unhealthy.

5 hours on weekdays 10 on weekends

My D is a power sleeper. 9 hrs weekdays 12 hrs weekends. But she is still getting taller.

I usually get about 6 hours during the week, and 8-9 during the weekend. It gets pretty tough since I work out on average about 3-3.5 hours a day.

I know one guy (teammate on swim team) who goes through a week with about 1 1/2 to 2 hours of sleep a night -- poor guy, he's really overloaded with schoolwork (he crashes on the weekends).

-Joel

3-5 hours weekdays (bed by 2:00 or 3:00, awake by 6:30), and on the weekends, 12 hours if possible. for example, this past weekend i slept in past noon both days.

i dunno, i've kind of adjusted to it.

oh yeah, i have this awesome doorknob hanger thing (like the ones in hotels that say "do not disturb"); mine says "Caution: Day Sleeper".

5-6 hours on weekdays, 10-12 hours on weekends. Procrastinating on schoolwork and posting CC takes away from my much-needed beauty sleep...argh, no wonder I'm so short and have black circles under my eyes...

Well, time for me to get some ZZzzzzzzz's now. Night!

^ yea you adjust after some time.

Drink green tea. From what I've heard, its the "healthy" way to stay awake longer. Riiight. But hey, it works!

Weekdays, if I'm lucky I'll get 6 hrs. Weekends, its hibernation. If you wake me, I'll stab you in the eye. :)

5-6 hours weekdays, 9 on every other weekend, 5 on the other every other weekend.

4-6 weekdays, 8-12 weekends

not too bad compared to some people. haha my friend's away message says right now:

stopped working on layout @ 5am, monday morning.

falls asleep on desk, dead to the world.

skips per1-3.

randomly bses french hw and hurries off to school.

lucks out in french class. randomly bses alwh hw.

lucks out in alwh class.

freaks out in journalism over possible legal issues with Apple.

randomly bses bio hw in the first 3 minutes of class. turns in ****ty excuse for a hw.

goes to the journalism room...

...and stays there til 9:30pm.

now i'm ****ing tired because i've gotten about 10 hours total of sleep over the past three days and staring at a computer for about 60+ hours at the same damn layout is really screwing up my head.

at least the layout went alright.
sigh.

up at 4am to do lit and overdue precalc.

......i think she has caffeine instead of blood

6 hours weekdays, 8 hours weekends

green tea makes you stay up longer?
it makes me fall asleep just like that! it makes me SO calm and I just.. bs hw and go to sleep.

8 Hours on Weekdays.

Whenever I feel like waking up on weekends.

6 Hours weekdays. 8 hours on weekends.

6 hours seems pretty "mainstream" hehe. guess that's the minimum =)

5-7 weekdays
8-12 weekends, depending on what I did the night before

I follow a pretty erratic pattern: I pull a 4-hour sleep night and then I try to make up with 10 hours next day, only to have it reduced by "unexpected circumstances" (AKA homework-that-should've-been-done-ages-ago) to 7 and so on... I feel pretty tired and know you have to sleep more...

not enough.... not enough
