<p>I was researching cheap restaurants near the colleges I'm applying to (okay, just for NYU) and Mamoun's was one of them.</p>

<p>who the hell spends 400-600 bucks a month. Thats spending upwards of 3000 bucks and up to nearly 5000 bucks a year on random stuff. On top of like 50 something thousand for regular stuff like tuition, books, board and food. Surely you'll have no problems spending 200 a month and having a great time.</p>

<p>i'm pretty poor and sll the money i spent was money i earned (which is rarity, out of 100 friends, i think im literally the only one who didnt get atleast $50 a week, alot get upwards to $200+ a week) I tried to save money, but i couldnt spend less than $100 a week. If you want to go to clubs, bars, have fun, its going to cost an arm and a leg. It's the way NYU is.</p>
<p>BTW....as soon as we get there...do we need to hand in an employment application form at Wasserman so we can get a campus job? Also....how soon are we placed? And what are the hours and pay like???</p>
