good to hear that I'm not the only pig on CC.=D

The OP eats so healthily! I should eat like that.

seriously, I eat so much - once I was really really hungry and I remember eating like 7 decently sized burgers straight.

we pigs should all go out to a buffet together sometime..

I'm an athlete, so I have to watch what I eat (not a wrestler, but I need to keep in shape.)

I usually have fruit for breakfast.

School lunch or salad.

Dinner - whatever my mom makes

I try not to eat much after that, and if it is, it's ALWAYS fresh fruit.

I also drink Mona Vie juice - does a body good.

Breakfast: Usually nothing. A toast and a cup of juice from the school cafeteria once in a while.

Second/Third Period: Sandwich, chips, some fruits

Lunch: Usually nothing, unless I didn't eat my lunch in my morning classes.

After school: Two bags of Ramen Noodles usually because I fail at cooking any other types of food.

9 or 10 at night: Ice cream

But I can eat a lot sometimes, like half a pizza. But seems nothing compares to the some of the people above.

Breakfast - Energy bar or oatmeal
Snack - Orange and/or banana with soy milk
Lunch - Vegetable sandwich w/ mock meat, pickle, chips, soup
Dinner - A soy meat, or vegetable high in protein, some veggies on the side, rice or pasta
Snack - Bag of unbuttered popcorn or some more fruit w/ a glass of soymilk

I try to eat around 1300 - 1400 calories a day. I'm still trying to lose the last 5 pounds I want to lose and have been trying to for the past two years. Everything else came off so easy. Only time I lost the 5 pounds was after a really, really bad stomach virus. Then it came back. :

Guys, it's called [s]exercising. Please use it to your advantage instead of virtually starving yourselves, 1300, lol, that's how much I ate when I was..4?

You're special. If I tried to eat whole pizzas, I would puke them right back up.

@ mcb52: preferably after soccer and you're paying..lol

^ if you can sneak into my dining hall, then it's my treat =P

and where can i sign up for that [s]exercising class?

I find it funny that people are trying to lose 5 pounds. Like 5 pounds will make you look any different. Unless you weigh <100 lbs, 5 pounds isn't going to have a noticeable change in your appearance.

Myself, I'm trying to put on as much muscle mass as I can (naturally.... I don't pop pills). I'm in the offseason right now (play football), so I've been working out with my football coach. This winter I:

lost about 5 lbs of fat

put on 10 lbs of muscle

went from squatting 260lbs to 335lbs

went from hang-cleaning 185lbs to 205lbs

Right now I'm 5'10" and weigh 163. My shoulders/traps are pretty big, but I'm somewhat skinny. My power ratio is 4.5. (unless you're an athlete, I don't expect you to understand/know what a power ratio is)

You're a chick. Uh...yes.

Breakfast: only on Saturdays, then oatmeal or cereal
Lunch:Apple, yogurt, almonds
Snack: Various, sometimes leftovers, sometimes what my father brings me ( like a sandwich). Bigger on days when I don't have lunch, smaller, like maybe a piece of bread or fruit, if I have lunch
Dinner: Whatever my mother cooks. Usually involves chicken.

@ mcb52: run five laps and do go up and go up and down stairs like football players, you get past that, then i can teach you how to kick a soccer ball without breaking your toe

hmmm what is that i smell in your dinning hall? lol

@ Invoyable: i can eat all of my pizza right after i work out and i'm a chick.. what do you say now?

EDIT: don't know if you saw my pic but i'm skinny as hell

Well, 10lbs is relatively noticeable so I'd say 5lbs are probably fairly noticeable as well..

@Ivybound11, that's not sexercising...

I do exercise. I'm only 5'3'' and about 128 pounds.

If I eat more than 1500 calories I will gain weight. With the amount of food I eat I'm full. I never feel hungry, and if I do I eat.

I've lost 65 pounds over a healthy amount of time. I know my body by now. ;)

And I do indeed think 5 pounds would be a noticeable difference on me.

mcb, thought you were talking about soccer..nvm

SOad, I take it you're female?

I remember during summer football workouts my weight was all over the place. I kept track of this. Here was my most extreme day:

Woke up: 158lbs
After morning practice: 154lbs
Noon (after eating): 156lbs
After 3:30 pratcie: 150lbs (very hot day)

The rule was, for every pound you lost, you had to drink 10oz of water.

So at the end of the day I was at about 157...and that was a lot of water!!!

So I went down 8 pounds and back up 7 in one day. Most days were down 3-4 and up 3-4.
