I just finished my junior year and I messed up the final and got a B in Honors Pre-Calc. I have strait A’s otherwise with a 4.9 weighted GPA, a 35 on the ACT, and an 800 on the SAT math 2 exam. How much will that one B affect my application to universities like Stanford, UPenn, JHU, Duke and UCLA.

I wouldn’t worry about a B. I know a senior student who has a B and similar score as you who got into Harvard this year. You will be fine.
Noth my kids had occasional Bs over the course of four years, and both were admitted to Harvard and Hopkins. One B will not keep you out.
I got a B+ and got rejected from community college 
A girl we know got into Harvard last year with a B in Physics (and no hooks).
one B will not kill your chances. my friend got his share of B’s and is going to princeton next year. dont stress about it
